A LETTER FROM JOHN AAROE

When I first announced the formation of John Aaroe Group, many asked "Why now?". The answer is simple. The traditional real estate model of the past has not rendered the level of personal, individualized attention and focus to the client that has marked the cornerstone of my pledge to the consumer. The model is broken, and I believe in the solutions.

John Aaroe Group is an entirely new concept in real estate. It has been specifically formed to own and operate a collection of neighborhood brokerages whose manager/partner will be uniquely qualified to address the needs and opportunities of that community. John Aaroe Group embraces local knowledge, local relationships and local care supported by a level of technology, sophisticated marketing and relevant advertising usually reserved for much larger companies.

I am exceedingly pleased that my first venture is with the respected and revered Michael Williamson. Therefore it is with great pleasure that I announce Aaroe + Williamson, A Division of John Aaroe Group. I am both proud and excited by this announcement. Proud of the associates I can now call partners. Excited to be developing what I believe is a new concept in a real estate brokerage; one that will challenge many of the long standing business practices. I started John Aaroe Group and opened Aaroe + Williamson to make a difference. As we grow, so shall our commitment to the charitable needs of each community we serve.
